Refund policy

Returns

  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any purchase made at mijohair.com, you may return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund or partial refund, less shipping charges when applicable.
  • Any purchase that you are not satisfied with should have approximately 50% or more of the product remaining within the container.
  • To return an item, please email hola@mijohair.com with your order number and reason for return to obtain the return address.
  • Once the return address has been shared, please repack the item in its original packaging with the original packing slip (if possible) and ship via an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed.
  • Items that are damaged or more than 50% used when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
  • If an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • We cannot honor exchanges. If you prefer store credit, please include this in your email.
  • We cannot guarantee cancellation or updated shipping addresses on any orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products.  If you are not satisfied with your custom formula, please contact us at hola@mijohair.com.  We will work with you to refine and improve your formula.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve approved your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
